Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used test kits, sensors, or reagents
• Consumable materials (e.g., cartridges, fluids, or calibration standards)
• Custom or special-order items
• Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or modification

These restrictions ensure all customers receive products that meet our strict quality and safety standards.

How to Start a Return

• Contact our support team at via the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the item is eligible.
• Ship the product securely to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the package.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee or partial refund may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
